Biography

Kenneth Bangs M.S.N., F.N.P.

Kenneth received his first Bachelors Degree from Fresno State University in 1989 in Sports medicine/Athletic training.Ôø‡Ôø‡ While at Fresno State, he also worked summer camps and home games for the San Francisco 49Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡ers as an Athletic Training Assistant.

He has spent several years working as a Certified Athletic Trainer in a local Physical Therapy Clinic as a P.T. Aide.Ôø‡Ôø‡ During that time he also worked as an Athletic Trainer for Local High Schools, the Fresno Sun-Net tennis team, the Fresno Falcon Hockey team, and the Fresno Bandit semi-pro Football team.

In 1994 he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Fresno State University, and a Masters Degree in Nursing in 1997 as a Family Nurse Practitioner.Ôø‡Ôø‡ Since then Kenneth has been working in Clinical and Surgical Orthopedics and now with Dr. Thomas Thomas.Ôø‡Ôø‡ Kenneth has been with Sierra Pacific Orthopedics since opening day.

Kenneth is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.Ôø‡Ôø‡
He is also a member of the Fresno County SheriffÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡s Search and Rescue Mountaineering Team, and an Instructor for the Fresno area Community Emergency Response Team.

Kenneth has a very active family life and is married to former Fresno State track athlete, Lillarose Blake and is dad to twins Keegan and Kirstin.
