Kenneth Bangs M.S.N., F.N.P.

Kenneth received his first bachelor’s degree from Fresno State University in 1989 in sports medicine/athletic training. While at Fresno State, he also worked summer camps and home games for the San Francisco 49ers as an athletic training assistant.

He has spent several years working as a certified athletic trainer in a local physical therapy clinic as a P.T. aide. During that time he also worked as an athletic trainer for local high schools, the Fresno Sun-Net tennis team, the Fresno Falcon hockey team, and the Fresno Bandit semi-pro football team.

In 1994 he obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Fresno State University, and a master’s degree in nursing in 1997 as a family nurse practitioner. Since then Kenneth has been working in clinical and surgical orthopaedics and now with Dr. Thomas W. Thomas.

Kenneth has been with Sierra Pacific Orthopaedic & Spine Center since opening day.

Kenneth is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He is also a member of the Fresno County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Mountaineering Team, and an instructor for the Fresno area Community Emergency Response Team.

Kenneth has a very active family life and is married to former Fresno State track athlete, Lillarose Blake, and is dad to twins Keegan and Kirstin.
