To help provide the widest variety of comprehensive musculoskeletal treatment and care, Sierra Pacific Orthopedics houses a specialized outpatient physical therapy facility.
The 15,000 square foot free-standing unit is dedicated to the treatment of orthopedic injuries and postoperative rehabilitation. The heart of the unit is a spacious gym area with ten adjoining private treatment rooms. This therapy unit contains state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment including a Biodex System 3 testing and rehabilitation device. An indoor pool for hydrotherapy exercises, gait training, and deep-water running for patients with restricted weight bearing abilities is located within the building.
Certified hand therapists (CHT) work closely with our hand surgeons to provide a progressive approach to your rehabilitation. In addition, pre and postoperative rehabilitation programs are tailored to the individual patient’s needs. In short, our team physical therapists utilize their skills and experience to optimize your recovery from injury or surgery.
