Our physical therapists focus on restoring function to patients with joint and muscle conditions like sore shoulders, back and neck pain, tendonitis, pinched nerves, and complex orthopaedic, occupational, and sports injuries, as well as degenerative conditions. At Sierra Pacific Orthopaedic & Spine Center, we provide comprehensive care that integrates many specialty areas. Patients optimize their strength and flexibility through a variety of treatment options including exercise, injections, and medication management.
To help provide the widest variety of comprehensive musculoskeletal treatment and care, Sierra Pacific Orthopaedic & Spine Center houses a specialized outpatient physical therapy facility.
The 15,000 square foot free-standing unit is dedicated to the treatment of orthopaedic injuries and postoperative rehabilitation. The heart of the unit is a spacious gym area with ten adjoining private treatment rooms. This therapy unit contains state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment including a Biodex System 3 testing and rehabilitation device. An indoor pool for hydrotherapy exercises, gait training, and deep-water running for patients with restricted weight bearing abilities is located within the building.
Certified hand therapists (CHT) work closely with our hand surgeons to provide a progressive approach to your rehabilitation. In addition, pre and postoperative rehabilitation programs are tailored to the individual patient’s needs. In short, our team physical therapists utilize their skills and experience to optimize your recovery from injury or surgery.
