Sierra Pacific Orthopaedic & Spine Center is committed to providing the people of the San Joaquin Valley a comprehensive spine center dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of spinal conditions. Discovering the cause of your spine pain or the Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡pain generatorÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡ is often a challenge. That is why Sierra Pacific Orthopaedic & Spine Center employs progressive but scientifically-based diagnostics, attempting to assist in the diagnosis of your spinal condition. X-ray, MRI and bone density testing are available onsite and more sophisticated diagnostic testing such as epidural injections, facet injections, selective nerve root blocks and sacroiliac blocks under fluoroscopy are available in our diagnostic procedure suites.

Treatment options range from conservative measures through the more complex multilevel surgical procedures. This includes various categories of medications, physical therapy, acupuncture, patient counseling and patient education. Therapeutic injections, as noted above, are also available as an intermediate step between conservative measures and surgery. Surgical procedures ranging from microdiscectomy and laminectomy, through multilevel fusion including instrumentation and bone grafting are available. Vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, surgery for scoliosis and endoscopic procedures are also available for select patients.
