Enoch H. Chang, M.D., fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine doctor, has joined Sierra Pacific Orthopedics. Specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation, sports medicine and orthopedic urgent care, Dr. Chang is available to see patients at the practice’s Herndon Campus, located at 1630 E. As a fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine doctor, Dr. Chang specializes in a wide variety of conservative, nonoperative treatment options, including injections and orthobiologic medicine, to treat orthopedic injuries and conditions. He is dedicated to treating his patients for both the short and long term, helping to prevent future injuries as well as working to heal existing ones.

After receiving his Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Dr. Chang completed an internship in general surgery at Maricopa Integrated Health System in Phoenix. He received his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine in Irvine, California. Following his residency, Dr. Chang underwent extensive specialty training by completing a primary care sports medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.
