Sierra Pacific Orthopedics Welcomes Devan O. Higginbotham, M.D.
Dr. Devan Higginbotham has joined Sierra Pacific Orthopedics, the region’s most preferred orthopedic practice, and is now seeing patients. Dr. Higginbotham is a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of back, neck and spine conditions. Dr. Higginbotham attended Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois, where he completed his Master of Science degree in biomedical science. Continuing at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the university's Chicago Medical School. Dr. Higginbotham then underwent an orthopedic surgery residency at Detroit Medical Center and Wayne State University in Michigan. He committed to additional training, refining his skills through a spine surgery fellowship at the University of California, Davis in Sacramento.
