“I started experiencing mild back pain in my mid-teens and this condition became progressively worse over the years. As a result, I’ve been treated by Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and received spinal injections from the onset of my back related problems. Recently, in 2013, I began experiencing extreme lumbar pain and numbness in my lower back, feet & legs and was forced to use a “walker” and getting ready to transition into a “wheelchair”. “I had back surgery from Dr. Aryan. A fairly large back surgery. That was 2 years ago. I am doing great now. I go to the gym every day. I just stripped and reroofed my house. I see guys like me who aren't doing so well. They have big stomachs, overweight and out of shape. It takes a little work. 45 mins a day is enough. I am glad I had the surgery. Before I did, I would sit down somewhere and because of the pain, I couldn't get up for 1 or 2 hours. I am very thankful to Dr. Aryan. ”

The follow-up care is good but ask lots of questions, they can't help you if you don't help yourself. write your questions down when you are in pain it can be hard so have family with you to ask also! DO WHAT THE DOCTOR SAYS TO DO! they know what they are talking about! The office staff is just as great! friendly even when someone is yelling at them ( so uncalled for & no it wasn't me) but they understand knowing how much pain people are in when they come in.
