“From our first meeting, Dr. Gill has been superb in his Doctor-patient relations. He actually had the integrity to tell me in our first visit that it was not necessary to have an operation at that time. He wasn't searching for money, he was looking out for my best health.  About two years later, I thought it was time for an operation and he agreed. From that point on the pre-operation and operations procedures were very professional and always looking out for my best health and understanding. I am so very grateful that he was my Doctor: I had full confidence in him. I am on Medicare, yet he treated me in the best manner possible manner.  My wife and I had plans for a trip abroad some seven weeks after the operation and he even took the time to write me a personal letter so I could avoid standing in long lines at the airport. I was grateful, indeed, when I didn't have to stand for extended times as was the general experience in airports this summer. Standing for long times was the most painful part of recuperation.  Now months later, I catch myself walking normal, without the pain I lived with for many years and like I had walked prior to my knee problems that started some six or seven years ago.  I am very grateful for Doctor Gill and his caring and attentive staff. “After hearing all the grisly stories about knee replacement, I put off having surgery until I crawled in begging to be scheduled for surgery. My experience was remarkable, as I had surgery on Friday, came home on Sunday and on Monday I waited on and served refreshments to my visitors. Needless to say, my visitors were all amazed at my mobility--no walker being used.  Four weeks to the day after surgery, I was in the bay area on a shopping trip.  I have no problem whatsoever in straightening out nor bending my knee and my surgical scar is almost invisible.  My only regret is putting off having this procedure and suffering as I did. I found Dr. Thomas, his surgical team and staff, to be most understanding and accommodating for my needs and comfort. So, to Dr. Thomas and his team, I say "thank you and send lots of kudos"!!!”

“I had disc surgery on my neck shortly after I moved to the Fresno/Clovis area. Everything went very well and I was pleased with the outcome. Then I had hand(s) surgery with Dr. Majors and again I was pleased with my results. I also saw Dr. Thomas about shoulder replacement repair and will wait for him to return in three years to continue if I can hold out until then. My experiences at SPOC have been really great, the personnel are very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. “I had to knee replacement last year and Dr. Dunklin did the work. I figured the pain and such would be out of this world but with the immediate walking and other exercises the pain and stiffness were next to nothing. My stay at their hospital was awesome my wife was able to stay in my room with me. My follow up since my surgery has been great the whole office staff cares dearly for his patience's. Sierra Pacific Orthopedics is the best I have recommended all of my friends to them.”
