“I was referred to Dr. Guinto to help resolve my sciatica and lower back pain. He takes time to review x-rays and MRIs, so you understand why you’ll have an outpatient procedure. Different procedures have different outcomes when they are successful. Although I’ve been through multiple procedures since August, I understand Dr. Guinto's diagnostic steps and the incremental invasiveness of each procedure. He understood that daily pain restricted my life, and I wanted my life back. Most recently, I completed a trial for a neurostimulator pain management device. It was wonderful not to have constant pain, enjoy normal daily activities, and maybe need just one Tylenol. I had lived for almost a year planning my day and activities based on my back and sciatica pain. I will be moving forward with a permanent neurostimulator procedure. Although I underwent multiple procedures, Dr. Guinto and I never gave up. I am so pleased with the care and time he has given me. Dr. Guinto truly cares about his patients and has a great bond with them. I will recommend him to anyone for spine pain management.”
